Business Etiquette:  This practical program will teach participants to apply consideration, respect and honesty that are the underlying principles of etiquette.  People skills are the skills needed from securing that big account…to gaining a promotion.  Etiquette is the underpin of success.  This program is customized and can include subjects such as:  introductions, telephone, cell phone and email etiquette, meetings and social events, workplace etiquette, table manners and dining, dressing for success, small talk and first impressions.

This program is built around the importance of a strong personal brand.  How others perceive you is critical to your personal image.  Participants will explore three areas of influence that include actions, appearance and words.  These influencers determine your brand and how others perceive you.  Each participant will do a self assessment and they will build their own personal brand statements. At the end of the program participants will walk out of the program with a plan to help in areas that need improvement in order to enhance their personal brand and help them excel in a competitive business environment.
